Market Research Analyst

 

Job Location : Vancouver

 

Duties: Analyze market opportunities in regional and national areas; Prepare reports of research findings; Collect data on competitors and analyze their sales and marketing methods; Supervision of new market expansion. Creation and maintenance of distribution channels; Training of management and sales personnel; Identify potential markets and gather statistical data needed to qualify their potential prior to commitment; Once an operation is established, the beneficiary has ultimate responsibility for the successful implementation of the business plan which he has drawn up. This involves market launch, recruitment, training and ongoing market analysis; Examine and analyze statistical data to forecast future marketing trends; Develop, improve and utilize efficient marketing and analytical models to perform analyses of various marketing programs and tests; Support marketing by reviewing market test results, including tracking and analyzing sales mix as well as product information utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods in an effort to help optimize key marketing initiatives; Prepare reports on general economic trends, and entire industries.
Position requirements: 1. Bachelor in Business Administration or Foreign Equivalent. 2. Five  years of work experience of similar nature .

Duties: Conduct Organizational studies and evaluations, analyze data, and formulate, design and implement improvements to business processes and operations for headquarters and national and international branches of company. Analyze and improvise upon current company projects. Evaluate organizational structure and existing business procedures and make recommendations and design solutions for process improvements. Collect and analyze data & recommend sites for new distribution centers for the company. Research and study market trends and recommend growth strategies for company. Study and evaluate cost analysis and cost control, import and logistics, inventory management and control, and supply chain. Perform work simplification studies and prepare and develop Standard Operating Procedures, operational and functional manuals to standardize working procedures. Train management and other personnel on existing and new procedures and processes.

Duties: Network monitoring for LAN/ WAN, UNIX, databases. Senior Accounting Clerk

 

Job Location: Vancouver  

 

Duties:  Post details of transactions, total accounts, and compute interest charges. Total, balance, and reconcile billing vouchers; ensure the completeness and accuracy of data on accounts; and code documents according to company procedures. Assist Accountants and Management with monthly closing procedures. Assist departmental staff, provide guidance, instruction and training regarding the processes of internal accounting procedures. Post transactions in journals and on computer files and update the files when needed. Review computer printouts against manually maintained journals and make necessary corrections. Prepare reports for divisional managers and complete customer credit applications and monthly expense reports. Review invoices and statements to ensure that all the information appearing on them is accurate and complete, and reconcile computer reports with operating reports.

 

Position requirements:  1. Associates’s in Finance, Accounting, Lib Arts, Related or Foreign Equivalent AND 3 years expereience in Job offered or related field
